These terms apply to the digital form and document templates ("templates") sold by Get-My-Bundle / GingerAlf Publications ("we", "us") through this website and our checkout provider, Payhip. By purchasing or using our templates you agree to these terms.
Our bundles are professionally designed, general-purpose business templates — including forms, checklists, records, invoices, price lists and documents such as service agreements — intended for UK sole traders and small businesses. They are supplied as instant digital downloads (PDF, Word and/or Excel) for you to print, complete and adapt.
Laws, regulations and best practice change over time and vary depending on your specific circumstances, trade and location. We do not warrant that any template is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing, customising and completing each template so that it is accurate, appropriate and legally compliant for your own business before you rely on it. The full licence accompanies each purchase.
The templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the templates.
Our products are instant digital downloads, so please choose carefully. If a bundle is faulty, not as described, or you have a problem with your download, contact us and we will put it right in line with any guarantee shown at the point of sale and your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
